Villa Serenità
A two-storey private residence where a non-standard plot was resolved into a calm, symmetrical villa — arched openings, a stone base, terracotta tile roof and shaded loggias framing both front and rear gardens.
On a constrained, irregular plot, the projected footprint was rationalised into a confident, classically-proportioned villa. Front and back yards are used efficiently, with convenient transitions to both sides of the house. Floor-to-floor heights of 3,600 mm at ground and 3,400 mm above give the interior generous volume, while the stone-clad base, arched triple windows and oculus balcony reference the warm vernacular of the Mediterranean.
